Pet Policy
Dream Space Coast welcomes your furry friends. We are happy to offer a pet friendly community where you and your animal companions can feel right at home. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment, and standard pet fees apply per animal.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, a few breed restrictions apply. The following breeds, including mixes, are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, and wolf hybrids.
All pet owning residents participate in a simple screening process that helps us maintain accurate pet records and ensure transparency in our pet policies. More details will be provided during the leasing process so we can make everything smooth and simple.
